Koh Samui, Thailand

About Us

When we first purchased land in the northern part of Koh Samui in 1999, it was a much different place - a lot less concrete roads, a lot less development and a lot less people. While Samui has changed considerably over the last 7 years and we have since sold that first plot of land after building two villas on it, our love of Thailand and in particular the Northern areas of Koh Samui still remains. We have chosen to make this our home for many reasons - not least of which is because of our current home on another special piece of beachfront land that we were fortunate enough to find right beside Big Buddha. Our challenge now is to help you find that special piece of land or a house that can help you make Koh Samui your home.
While we did purchase a piece of paradise, things are not quite going as planned. Have a look at our restaurant website to see how some of the local samui people are causing major stress and anguish for us: squatters in bangrak ... especially last week when guns came out when they were trying to put up a Pepsi sign - see Pepsi Samui

BBC Property Centre have decided to cut back and is no longer doing property sales. This is a personal decision as we are very busy dealing with our family, the squatters, the restaurant, the yacht charter operations, the minibus company and feel we cannot adequately look after the sales operations. There are many other agents in Samui, so I am sure it will not reduce the opportunities for buyer and sellers.

Alert: Buyers Beware...

When you lease or buy your property in Samui please be aware that no matter if you are doing it totally legally, Thailand sometimes allows other non-legal people to take advantage of you.

Featured Property

The Koh Samui property market is taking a bit of a breather after a couple of very hectic years. Due to various reasons, property sales in Koh Samui have declined dramatically. Prices haven't dropped much because there are actually not many sales occurring - primarily just in the low end (around THB5 million or less) or in the very high end (THB 120 million and greater).

The rentals market is therefore seeing many more properties become available as the owners seek to get some return from their investment while waiting for the market to pick up. Our featured rental property is Miskawaan Estate, comprising 8 luxury villas on the beautiful Maenam Beach.

The homes at the brand new Miskawaan estate on the north coast of Koh Samui offer guests all that is desired from an island break, however with all the comforts and conveniences that make it truly memorable. Located in central Maenam, the estate brings together 8 large private homes with their own beach frontage and luxurious styling and amenities that will surely satisfy all who come to experience the purity that Miskawaan guarantees.
